Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we sell gift vouchers! Our gift vouchers are sent to the recipient by email. Go to the gift voucher and there you will receive exact instructions on how to use our voucher. You can create our vouchers for as little as €1, and there are also ready-made amounts that you can choose from. Make someone else happy with our vouchers!
Can I have my order gift-wrapped?
No, unfortunately we cannot gift-wrap your order. Our goods are stored in high-quality warehouses and are also shipped from them. The goods are packed and shipped from these warehouses on our behalf. We are sorry that we cannot offer this service.
How to pay at Sweetspot?
If you want to order something from an online shop, the payment should also be secure.
With us, you can pay conveniently via PayPal, or with other payment options such as credit card. This way you can be sure that your payment will be received safely. When you check out, you will be automatically guided through the payment menu. This way, your payment is always secure.
How can I return my goods?
You can return your goods within 15 days and get your money back. Returns are not free, the buyer pays the postage. In your package there is a delivery note with the address where you can return the package. Goods from the USA can also be sent to the warehouse in the USA. The buyer gets his purchase price back immediately
Where do our products come from?
Our range consists of products in stock and products that are made to order. We also want to see which of our designs are well received by customers. We no longer do drop shipping. The goods we offer are either in stock or are specially made for you. We actually buy our products from small factories, where some of them are only available there. Our goods are always new and unused. We hope you enjoy our unique products.
Do you offer same day delivery?
f the goods are in stock, they can be dispatched on the same day. We usually ship the goods within 2-3 working days. Goods that we have manufactured are usually dispatched after 5-7. The goods are packaged and shipped by the service provider. So that your goods arrive safe and sound. How long the package takes depends on the country to which the goods are sent and the shipping provider.

How does the delivery work at Sweetspot4 you?
The goods come from a large warehouse and are also shipped from there. Our warehouse is in Spain, from where the goods are shipped via the shipping service provider. Our goods are properly packaged and cleared through customs. There are no additional costs for you. The goods leave the warehouse within 2-4 days and take around 5-10 days for shipping to the USA. After your goods have been shipped, you will be informed by email that they have left the warehouse.
